- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / remote locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

- In rare cases of transit damage, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos

Rineva shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:

- Courier partner disruptions or strikes
- Government regulations or lockdowns
- Unforeseen logistical issues
11. Ownership & Risk
- Ownership of the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery
- Rineva is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation
