Returns & Exchanges Policy – Rineva
At Rineva, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of jewellery products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalised jewellery
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
3. Return / Exchange Request Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@rineva.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order ID and clear images or videos of the product showing the issue
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days
Requests raised after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Products
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact
- Rineva reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at Rineva’s discretion
- Exchange shipments will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
7. Shipping Responsibility for Returns
- In cases of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged by Rineva
- For other approved cases, customers may be required to ship the product back as per our instructions
8. Quality Check & Final Decision
All returned products undergo a strict quality check.
Rineva’s decision on acceptance, rejection, or resolution of a return or exchange request shall be final and binding.
9. Cancellation Policy Reference
Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and are separate from returns and exchanges.
