1. Are Rineva jewellery products safe to wear?
Yes. Our jewellery is crafted using quality materials and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to maintain finish and durability.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders and locations. Rineva reserves the right to enable or disable COD based on order value, delivery location, or previous order history.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within:
- 3–5 business days for metro cities
- 5–8 business days for non-metro or remote locations
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations or external factors.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also contact our support team for assistance.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

7. Are customised or personalised jewellery items returnable?
No. Customised or personalised jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during delivery.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please email us at support@rineva.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear images or videos of the issue. Our team will review and assist you.
9. Do product colours and designs match exactly as shown?
Product images are for representation purposes. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing.
10. How do I take care of my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Store it in a dry place
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
- Clean gently with a soft cloth after use
11. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Rineva does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
