Cancellation Policy – Rineva

At Rineva, every jewellery order is processed with care and precision. To ensure smooth operations and fair practices, please review our Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • Dispatch status is communicated via email or SMS

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at support@rineva.in
  • Mention your Order ID and registered contact details
  • Cancellation requests are processed during business hours only

Cancellation requests raised after dispatch confirmation will not be accepted.

3. Cancellation for Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
  • Payment gateway processing time may vary and is beyond Rineva’s control

4. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in account restriction or blacklisting
  • Rineva reserves the right to disable COD for users with a history of failed or refused deliveries

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

  • Orders already dispatched
  • Customized or personalized jewellery orders
  • Bulk or special promotional orders

6. Cancellation Due to Unavailability or Issues

In rare cases, Rineva may cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund (if applicable) will be initiated.

7. Relationship with Other Policies

  • Cancellations are separate from Returns & Exchanges
  • Once delivered, any concerns must follow the Returns & Exchanges Policy
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once dispatch is initiated

8. Final Decision

Rineva reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.
All decisions taken by Rineva regarding cancellations shall be final and binding.
