What are your customer support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
Queries received outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Order modifications or cancellations are possible only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

I haven’t received my order or tracking details. What should I do?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or SMS.
If you have not received them, please check your spam folder or contact our support team with your Order ID.

I received a damaged or incorrect product. How do I report it?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear images or videos of the issue.
Our team will review the request and assist you in accordance with our policy.
